In 1976, the Sheppard family started Devant in the hallway of their home. They saw the need for high quality golf towels with low minimums and quick service. As the business grew, they moved it into their first production facility, an old bus station. Twenty years ago, they constructed the current location in Monroe, North Carolina. Over the years it has grown to what is now a 48k square foot facility serving the golf towel industry.

Today, Devant is the largest custom golf towel provider in the world. While the product mix has grown and much has changed, Devant still adheres to the three founding principles: High Quality, Low Minimums, and Outstanding Service.
