Benefits of Image Dyeing™: Yields an extremely soft hand, dye penetration through both sides of the terry loop down to the ground warp, exceptionally crisp graphics, extraordinary wash fastness designed to last the life of the product, and the image appears to be woven into the towel.

Acceptable Computer Files: CorelDraw 12.0 or later (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator CS2 or later (.ai, .eps) or Adobe PhotoShop CS2 or later (.psd, . tif, .jpg). Logos are preferred in a CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator (vector art) format for best reproduction.
Please DO NOT send Macintosh (Apple) fonts because they are not compatible with a PC. Please convert all files to PC format and convert all text used to curves (vector art).

Photo Image™ Photo Requirements: Photographs that are 8½" x 14" maximum may be used. Please note that aerial photographs do not reproduce well and cannot be used. Digital files may be emailed or sent on a cd. The minimum file size should be at least 1 megabyte, at least 5" x 7", and be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). High color contrast photos yield better reproduction.
Artwork from most websites is only 72 dpi and very small in size. Website logos and pictures will not produce well and cannot be used.

JACQUARD WOVEN SECTION

Signature Dobby™: No additional charge. On the 440 program the Signature Dobby™ will be khaki. On the 441 program the Signature Dobby™ will be gray. On custom orders the Signature Dobby™ will match the accent color in the towel. Signature Dobby™ not available on 330, 331, Quick Turn or any Sir Christopher Hatton By Devant Towels.

EMBROIDERY SECTION

Swatch: One swatch free for approval. Each additional is $25.00.
Tape charge: One time charge, $75.00 up to 10,000 stitches ($12.00 per 1,000 stitches over 10,000). If type only no charge for block, serif, or script. No charge for customer supplied disk.
Running Charge: All items include up to 10,000 stitches, add $0.20 per 1000 stitches over 10,000.
Art Requirements: Most major embroidery formats are accepted (ex: Tajima, Barudan, Melco, Wilcom). Disk copy fee: $20.00.

Overage/Underage: Please note we reserve the right to ship 6% over or under the requested amount on all orders.
Terms: Net 30, with approved credit, 1½ % interest per month on past due balances, 50% deposit required on custom orders. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
Cancellations: Please note that all orders require 4 weeks notice prior to shipping date (Pre-booked orders cannot be cancelled).

Our tough inspection team kicks out towels which are not up to our standards yet are sellable as seconds. These slightly under par items are available to you at 50% off. Great items for giveaways, promotions, carts, and ball washers. Note slightly under par on your order & we will include these automatically.
